ZHOUZHUANG

Zhouzhuang is the No.1 water-town in China. It's more than nine hundred years old. It's surrounded by clean water. The houses were built along the rivers. There are many old stone bridges. The Double Bridge is world-famous now.

THE DOUBLE BRIDGE

This is the Double Bridge. It is about four hundred years old. The shape of this bridge looks like a key used in the old days, so it is also called "the Key Bridge ".

This bridge has come to be world-famous for Chen Yifei's painting HOMETOWN RECALL.

THE ZHANGTING HALL

This is the Zhangting Hall. It was built the Ming Dynasty, about four hundred years ago.

The family name of the former owner is Zhang, so this hall is called the Zhangting Hall.

YUYAN HALL

It is also called Yuyan Hall. It means Magnolia and

JLAO CONG MEN QLAN JIN, it means the owner enters this hall in a sedan chair from the front door.

CHUAN ZI JLA ZHONG GUO, it means the boat can run through the houses.

BEINONG

This narrow passageway is called Beinong,it was mainly used by the servants of the former owner.
